The SM712 TVS Diode Array is intended to safeguard RS-485 applications with asymmetrical working voltages (-7V to 12V) from harm caused by surges from lightning, rapid electrical transients, and electrostatic discharge (ESD). TVS Diodes

Automotive TVS

TVS diodes are used in the automotive industry to shield delicate parts and semiconductors from harm from transient spikes and discharges. Bidirectional Diode
