ATMEGA2560-16AU Description

The ATMEGA2560-16AU from ATMEL Corporation is an 8-bit AVR high-performance, low-power microcontroller. The ATMEGA2560-16AU executes strong instructions in a single clock cycle, enabling the system designer to balance power consumption and processing performance while delivering throughputs close to 1 MIPS per MHz. The ATMEGA2560-16AU is a microcontroller with 256kB of flash memory and RISC (Reduced Instruction Set Computer) architecture.
